There are several new features that further enhance data quality and
usability:

'Ochlockonee' Release
-Updated guidance criteria for Chapter 62-777, FAC
-Added criteria for surface water, fresh and marine
-Added 294 solid matrix STORET Codes and 62-777 criteria from Table II
-Well Type and Sample Date have been added to all Evaluation reports
-Improved file import routine (forces appropriate qualifier codes
-Newly formatted Data Dictionaries
-GW Monitoring Report sorted alphabetically by component
-Compliance Evaluation Report:
  -Allows suppression of non-critical details
  -More meaningful sort order

Additional compliance criteria, matrices and STORET codes have been added.
Additional details and sort orders have been added to the reports. The
Compliance Evaluation Report has been given greater attention and now allows
the non-critical portions of the report to be ignored. Data qualifier codes
will be given closer scrutiny during import which will initially cause many
data import events to fail. Properly qualified data is critical to the
operation of Validator and to the data quality objective of the data being
uploaded to the Department database. Since we have added new compliance
criteria and matrices, Validator can be used to effectively evaluate data
from other programs provided the responsible party and/or the lab submits lab
data in a manner compatible with the Validator format. Please know that we
will not be able to fully support other programs that utilize Validator.
