We have updated several ADaPT and WACS valid values tables for ADaPT Version 8.1.01 and recommend that you update ADaPT, especially if you are submitting data to the Petroleum Restoration Program.

For several methods and matrices for ClientAnalyteID 1330207, we changed the AnalyteName from "Xylenes (total)" to "Xylenes-Total" in order to maintain consistency for all analytical methods and matrices. This is the Primary (not Synonym) AnalyteName more commonly used throughout the Division of Waste Management (DWM) Master Library.

In addition, several STORET codes have been added for the soil matrix, and a few legacy STORET codes (from the 2004 Validator software) have been removed. To see all updates to the DWM Library, you can access the DWM Library History document<ftp://ftp.dep.state.fl.us/pub/WACS-ADaPT/DWM_Library_History.pdf> found on the DWM ADaPT web page<http://www.dep.state.fl.us/waste/ADaPT/>.

Update ADaPT by downloading the file for your operating system by clicking the appropriate link below and saving to your local hard drive:

Windows (32-bit)
ftp://ftp.dep.state.fl.us/pub/WACS-ADaPT/Update_ADaPT_Consultant_8_1_(Windows_32_bit).exe

Windows (64-bit)
ftp://ftp.dep.state.fl.us/pub/WACS-ADaPT/Update_ADaPT_Consultant_8_1_(Windows_64_bit).exe

Ensure that ADaPT is not running and that you have finished processing all EDDs. Navigate to the appropriate file and double click on it to execute. This program will update the ADaPTModules.accde and ADaPTTables.accdb files and overwrite the existing files.
If you update ADaPT 8.1, please let us know if you encounter any problems.
Thank you.
