Please update ADaPT version 9.0.11, especially if you submit Radiological Radiochemistry data to the Solid Waste Program.
1. We corrected the units for all radiochemistry analytes in the tblWACSRegLimitValues table, changing the units from "PC/L " to "pCi/L". These units now match the units for all radiochemistry analytes for the AQ matrix in the DWM Master Library. ADaPT's Regulatory Comparison/Exceedance Report will now function for all radiochemistry results.
1. When submitting ADaPT EDD's for the Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP), please make sure all DateCollected (ADaPT Lab EDD) and Date_Sampled (ADaPT Field EDD) Date/Times are recorded to the minute and reflect the Date/Time entries on both the Field Sampling Logs and Chain-of-Custody forms. This is important since the PRP does not currently use Monitoring_Testsite_IDs which help identify and distinguish unique samples. When multiple samples have duplicate Date/Times, it is possible that these samples are treated as composite samples, and when ADaPT exports the data, unique analytes are exported for this common Date/Time regardless of the ClientSampleID/Monitoring_Testsite_Name. All analytes export when the DateCollected/Date_Sampled times are unique for each sample. To ensure a complete upload of data to our databases, we now query for multiple samples with the same Date/Time, and compare the number of records that should export to the number of records that actually export. In the near future, we may reject files that appear to have multiple samples with the same Date/Times of sampling, with the exception of equipment blanks.
To update ADaPT, download the file for your operating system by clicking the appropriate link below and saving to your local hard drive:
Windows 32-bit OS
ftp://ftp.dep.state.fl.us/pub/WACS-ADaPT/Update_ADaPT_9_0_11_Consultant_(Windows_32_bit).exe
Windows 64-bit OS
ftp://ftp.dep.state.fl.us/pub/WACS-ADaPT/Update_ADaPT_9_0_11_Consultant_(Windows_64_bit).exe
If you are uncertain which version of Windows you are running, run the "system" or "sysinfo" command. Ensure that ADaPT is not running and that you have finished processing all EDDs. If you have any project libraries, LDDs (including error logs), and/or FDDs, export these files prior to updating ADaPT or this information will be lost. Navigate to the appropriate file and double click on it to execute. This program will update the ADaPTModules.accde and ADaPTTables.accdb files overwriting the existing files. With this update, you will have the most recent:
* ADaPT Valid Values.
* FDEP Database Valid Values including two new Soil STORET codes for PRP.
* Testsite Inventory
If you update ADaPT 9.0.11 and encounter any problems, please let us know.
Thank you.
