[ADaPT-l] ADaPT Documentation and ADaPT Version 9.0.11 Update

All ADaPT users,



Since Chrome, Edge, and other browsers no longer support ftp downloads, we have changed where all ADaPT documentation and reference files are stored.  We have updated both the links on the FDEP ADaPT web page and many links in the ADaPT documentation files.  Please visit the FDEP ADaPT web page<https://floridadep.gov/waste/waste/content/adapt> and re-download your ADaPT documentation and reference files.  If any links in the ADaPT documentation do not function properly, please report the problem(s) to clark.b.moore at floridadep.gov<mailto:clark.b.moore at floridadep.gov>.

In addition, please update ADaPT version 9.0.11 which includes the following modifications:



  1.  Updated ADaPT Project Valid Values table
  2.  Updated ADaPT LabID Valid Values table
  3.  Added Method "Cr(III) Calculated" for the AQ matrix
  4.  Added Method "EPA 1312/7470" for Mercury for the SED and SO matrices
  5.  Added Ethylene Oxide to Method "EPA 624.1" for the AQ matrix

Instructions to update ADaPT

ADaPT is a 32-bit application running under a 32-bit installation of MS Office.  Users will need to identify if they are running Windows 32-bit or Windows 64-bit.  To determine which version you are running:


  1.  Open System Information by typing "System Information" into the windows search bar OR open Control Panel and select System
  2.  For both options, look under System Type for the required information

To update ADaPT, download the file for your operating system by clicking the appropriate link below and saving to your local hard drive:

32-bit ADaPT Update<http://publicfiles.dep.state.fl.us/DWM/ADaPT/Update_ADaPT_9_0_11_Consultant_(Windows_32_bit).exeDWM_Library.zip>  OR 64-bit ADaPT Update<http://publicfiles.dep.state.fl.us/DWM/ADaPT/Update_ADaPT_9_0_11_Consultant_(Windows_64_bit).exe>

Ensure that ADaPT is not running and that you have finished processing all EDDs.  Navigate to the appropriate file and double click on it to execute.  This program will update the ADaPTModules.accde and ADaPTTables.accdb files and overwrite the existing files.  Please let us know if you update ADaPT 9.0.11 and encounter any problems.   *   ADaPT Valid Values
  *   DWM Library
  *   FDEP Database Testsite Inventory
  *   FDEP Database Valid Values
  *   Field EDD and other queries
