</span>are<span style="color:black"> no longer accepted through the <b>Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP)</b> FTP site.
</span>We apologize for this late notice, but a technical issue was preventing us from sending messages using the ADaPT mailing list.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Please submit EDDs for PRP using the
</span><a href="http://www.fldepportal.com/go/">DEP Business Portal</a><span style="color:black">.
</span>At this time, this <b><i>only</i></b> applies to EDDs that were submitted through the
<b><i>PRP FTP site</i></b>. Instructions are provided in the <a href="ftp://ftp.dep.state.fl.us/pub/WACS-ADaPT/ADaPT_EDD_Business_Portal_Submittal_Guide.pdf">
