Andrew,

Please update the installation doc section of the arm-saqs project to =
show
the requirement for firewall penetrations.  Also the jconnector.jar is =
part
of the ear file so it requires mention only in terms of a license =
statement.
This could be part of your License.txt file but this would foul up all =
of
your source codes checkstyle.

You might put a section in the first page that talks about the LICENSE =
issues
since this has been a big topic of discussion lately.

I would also remove references to the other jars on the ArcIms servers =
since
they are not technically installed on the JHS servers or part of this
application.  Effectively your app is a client of the services provided =
by
the ArcIms servers.

You are the first guy out the gate here so you are paying the early =
adopter
tax so to speak.
