To sync up all 3 Oracle Application Servers, Epic229, Epic228 and Epic52, the
MidTier team will add 2 jar files, xercesImpl.jar and xml-apis.jar, to oc4j
containers on Epic52 and Epic228. 

These 2 jar files already exist on Epic229. Please test your applications.
