This problem appears to be a problem with the deployment process, the
container restart and how OC4J is handling the operations.

Since you are troubleshooting your deployment process my suggestion is you
can do this on the demo machine yourself.

Ivan,
For the TAR, oracle support request that we go through the deployment process
and send them log file. 

Please deploy version 1.537 to the integration server.
After its successfully deployed, please deploy version 1.548.

Please be sure to include in the TAR the system configuration, all applicable
logs and a copy of the ear file to expedite the resolution.

What does this message mean.  It says the container failed to restart after
an undeploy operation.  Did the deployment fail?  The next deployment 4
minutes later seems to have worked.
