Oracle XML Publisher offers the most efficient and scalable reporting solution available for complex, distributed environments. It provides a central architecture for generating and delivering information to employees, customers, and business partners-both securely and in the right format. Oracle XML Publisher reduces the high costs associated with the development, customization and maintenance of business documents; while increasing the efficiency of reports management. Utilizing a set of familiar desktop tools users can create and maintain their own report formats based on data extracts from diverse sources. <br><br>
<strong><em>Who In the Organization Benefits from the XML Publisher Solution? </em></strong> <br>
XML Publisher report formats can be designed using Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat. There are no proprietary design studio components required, meaning no extra cost and no extra learning curve. XML Publisher also allows you to have more than one layout for a given data set. If one department needs a report to look different, simply create another layout rather than a whole new report. This can drastically reduce the number of reports that have to be maintained for a given system.<br><br>
