MAKE THE CASE FOR RECYCLING

An effective integrated solid waste management (ISWM) system considers how to prevent, recycle, and manage solid waste in ways that most effectively protect human health and the environment, all while being economically sound. The U.S. EPA Region 4 worked with RRS to develop two tools to assist local governments in the U.S. Southeast - a Solid Waste Funding and Accounting Guide, and a Recycling Program Scenario Model.

In this free, two-part webinar series, the U.S. EPA Region 4 has gathered representatives to demonstrate the tools, share best practices for onboarding decision makers, and provide real-world examples - all to make the case for recycling.
