gis-l: 1999 DOQs in the Districts

District GIS Users,

With the exception of Tampa, which is waiting on the arrival and set up =
of a
new image server, all districts now have the 1999 DOQs.  If you notice a
missing quad in your district, please let us know.  We will copy to =
Tampa
after the new server is ready.

Special thank yous go to Shrinidhi Ambinakudige, a graduate student at =
FSU,
for processing much of the DOQs and to Johnnie Abron for assessing the
district servers and copying data.
