gis-l: ArcSDE Is Up and Fixed!

GIS Users,

We believe that we have revived ArcSDE.  The problem was caused by some
Oracle logging software that we were using to gather ArcSDE performance
statistics in preparation for implementing the GUT.  Once we isolated =
the
cause, we removed the offending logging software.  =20
