gis-l: ArcSDE is Not Responding

GIS Users,

It appears that ArcSDE running on EPIC31 is unresponsive.  EPIC31 is up =
and
the ArcSDE instance of Oracle is up (meaning that presumably Spencer's
instances of Oracle on EPIC31 are OK).  We're checking on it and will =
keep
you posted.  We may need to shut down and restart ArcSDE.
