gis-l: Oracle Upgrade This Weekend

GIS Users,

The production Oracle instance will be upgraded this weekend from 9:30 =
PM
Friday through 6:00 AM Monday morning.  This will prevent the nightly =
refresh
from running and will impact WebPoint.  The ESRI License Manager and
DataMiner should operate normally.

Normal operation of all systems should resume by 8:00 AM Monday.
