Room B is the speaker preparation room. Projectors and screens will be
provided for all the sessions and for the speaker preparation room. We =
are
asking all presenters to provide their own laptop computer. If this =
presents
a hardship, please contact me and we will make arrangements to provide a
laptop for you. Also, feel free to bring a laser pointer, though there =
will
be some available. =20

You are allotted 30 minutes for your presentation, including time for
questions and answers. There will be a moderator available to assist =
with
setup, introduce the speakers, and to help speakers stay within their
allotted time. If possible, either email me a short bio or bring one to
provide the session moderator, so it can be incorporated into the =
speaker
introductions at the beginning of each session.

Please remember that all speakers must pay to attend the conference. The =
last
day for early registration is October 8, 2003. The early registration =
rate is
$50.00. Speakers who register after this date can still register for the
$50.00 rate if they pay by mail before November 11, 2003. Otherwise, the
standard registration rates will apply, ($75.00).

Please check the SHRUG website for maps to the Civic Center, a layout of =
the
Civic Center floorplan and a complete list of speakers and times. This
information will be available on the website by October 22, 2003.

We are very happy that you are able to attend our second annual =
conference.
There are a lot of great presentations, project showcase demonstrations, =
