gis-l: EPIC80 is Down

GIS users,

EPIC80 has been restored. ArcView 3.2a extensions, file-based imagery,
and ArcGIS Image Analyst licenses are now available.

The FDEPWMS was also affected by this outage.  The array is being =
restored
right now and should be available by 9:00am.
