gis-l: Regulatory Layers refresh problems

GIS Users,

Yesterday's hardware upgrade on ArcSDE created a failure in the License
manager restart process.  As a result, ArcSDE was not able to recreate =
the
regulatory refresh layers (comet, STORET, gwis...).  The layers are =
fully
functional but do not reflect changes made in the regulatory databases =
on
Thursday.  This does _not_ impact the remainder of data in ArcSDE which =
is
largely static.  We expect the refresh layer process to return to its =
normal
operational status by tomorrow.
