gis-l: ESRI License Manager Failed to Start

GIS Users,

To kill some rogue processes soaking up CPU time, we bounced EPIC31 last
night.  The ESRI license manager failed to restart, causing the nightly
refresh processes not to run and the ArcIMS serves not to start until =
about
7:30 AM.  The impacts will be

	* stale nightly refresh data (one day old) and
	* ArcIMS map services not available until 8:30 am or so.

We apologize for this inconvenience.
