SWAPP and GIS users,

I opened Webpoint this morning and logged in but could not access the =
STCM
layer, only the County layer shows up.  I made sure the DEP STCM layer =
was
active, but still no STCM point info.  I tried putting in a Facility ID =
but
it says no record found.  Can anyone tell me what might be happening.
