gis-l: WAFR and PA Layer Changes

GIS Users,

The WAFR-related layers (including the PA layer) have changed as a =
result of
the IMS implementation.  The structure of the tables has changed to
accommodate the IMS Core structure.  These changes will impact any =
ArcView
3.2a projects that include these layers and may impact ArcGIS and ArcIMS
applications (if the affected columns were used for symbology).
