gis-l: dataminer change for BASE.STATEWIDE_LANDUSE_1995

GIS Users,

We are making a couple of changes to the STATEWIDE 1995 LAND USE in Data
Miner.  The change will occur on January 9th, 2006.  The location in
dataminer will change from Geoplan where it exists now, but is not
appropriate as the data was developed by FDEP, to Boundaries.   We will also
be changing the symbology on the layer to put it inline with symbology used
with the other land use layers. 

Both changes will occur on January 9th.
