gis-l: FDEPWMS downtime

ArcIMS users,

The FDEPWMS array is unresponsive right now, and as a result, =
inaccessible at
times.  We are rebooting the servers in an attempt to correct the =
problem.  I
will send another message when the problem has been resolved.
