gis-l: Updates to Land Surface Elevation Contour Layer

GIS Users, 
The following dataset has been updated in ArcSDE and DataMiner:
DataMiner Name - Elevation Contours and Depressions
ArcSDE Name - WRM.LAND_SURFACE_ELEVATION_24 .
This dataset now contains 732,089  records and has an additional column added
for ease in labeling the contour lines with the elevation value in ArcIMS,
CONTOUR_LABEL. 
The metadata has been updated for this layer.
