gis-l: ArcSDE/DataMiner update

GIS Users,

The following dataset has been updated in ArcSDE/DataMiner:

ArcSDE Name: dep.outstanding_florida_waters
DataMiner Name: Outstanding Florida Waters

The updated dataset has 3756 records. In this update Josslyn Island has been
added to the Pine Island Sound Acquatic Preserve.
This layer can be accessed via the 'Water' tab in DataMiner.
