gis-l: ArcSDE/DataMiner data source changes

GIS Users,

There has been an important change in data source for some of the WRM program
area layers. The layers mentioned below have been updated using the
corresponding layers in the 'WRM" schema instead of the regular "DEP" schema.
Users are advised to refresh their projects as the symbology (.lyr) files
have also been updated using the new WRM source.

The affected DataMiner layers and their new data source are:

ERP Conservation Easements (areas) / WRM.CONSERVATION_EASEMENTS_AREAS
ERP Conservation Easements (points) / WRM.CONSERVATION_EASEMENTS_POINTS
ERP Mitigation Sites (areas) / WRM.MITIGATION_SITES_AREAS
ERP Mitigation Sites (points) / WRM.MITIGATION_SITES_POINTS
Mitigation Banks/WRM.MITIGATION_BANKS
Mitigation Banks Service Areas/WRM.MITIGATION_BANKS_SERVICE_AREAS
