GIS Users, 

As some of you have may have noticed, we are beginning to experience a bit of
ArcGIS license unavailability due to higher levels of GIS usage.  We are
trying to determine the business case for buying more licenses.  To help us
make the business case, we have written a short 5-question survey to help us
