gis-l: DataCatalog/DataMiner layer name change

GIS Users,

Just as a heads up, the DataCatalog/DataMiner name for the following ArcSDE
layer will change shortly:

ArcSDE Name: DEP.UIC_TEST_SITES_PT_SP_VW
Old DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Underground Injection Control Test Sites
New DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Underground Injection Control Monitoring
Wells

This name change was requested by WRM to better reflect the nature of the
data. Please note that the data itself has not been updated.
