gis-l: GIS Services and ArcIMS Are Being Restored

GIS Users,

GIS services (ArcSDE, the ESRI license manager, ArcIMS, and CA) are being
restored.

As of yet, Systems has not been able to determine the cause, but is
continuing the work the problem.
