GIS Users,

Due to resource constraints and responsible stewardship of the taxpayer's
money, we need to standardize on ONE (1) layer management tool for ArcGIS.
As you know, DataMiner does NOT work with ArcGIS 9.2. Also as you may know,
we have not had the user embrace for Data Catalog that we expected. We are
not able, from a resource standpoint, nor is it wise from a stewardship
standpoint, to maintain two layer management tools. So, which tool do you
want to have/use?

* Please respond with the term DataMiner if you want to keep/use it.

* Please respond with the term Data Catalog if you want to keep/use it.

I will let you know which tool is preferred and a deprecation date for the
tool that is not preferred.

Thanks,

-Linc

* Please respond TO ME with the term DataMiner if you want to keep/use it.

* Please respond TO ME with the term Data Catalog if you want to keep/use it.

Sorry, we don't want to spam us all...
