gis-l: Datacat / Dataminer now working

Gis users,

Normal service has been restored.

In the future, if you need to use ArcCatalog to connect to SDE, here is a
tutorial on how to do so:

(Note that this tutorial was created for version 8.1, but still works for 9.1
& 9.2).
