ArcSDE Name: DEP.WBIDS 
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Waterbody ID's (WBIDs)
This layer is available under the "Environmental Monitoring & Modeling" &
"Water Resources (Inland)" category in DataCatalog and is under the "Water"
and "WRM" tabs in DataMiner.
