gis-l: ***Updated Brownfield layers in DataCatalog/DataMiner***

GIS Users,
The following Brownfield datasets have been updated in ArcSDE, DataCatalog
and DataMiner. 
ArcSDE Name: DEP.BROWNFIELDS_AREAS 
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Brownfield Area Polygons 
ArcSDE Name: DEP.BROWNFIELDS_POINTS 
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Brownfield Area Centroids 
These datasets now have 156 records from the previous version's 154. The
metadata has been updated for both of these layers with the names of the
newly added Brownfields and their ID numbers.
