gis-l: WBIDS schema updated

GIS Users,
The following layer in ArcSDE, DataCatalog and DataMiner will have its schema
(attribute table) updated with the changes mentioned below on March 2nd 2009:

ArcSDE Name: DEP.WBIDS
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Waterbody Id's (WBIDs)

The field "PK_BASIN" will be renamed "ParentWBID"
The data type of the field "MILES" will be changed from TEXT to DOUBLE

These schema changes were considered essential by the WBID and TMDL data
stewards and hence the current table will be updated in ArcSDE by the above
mentioned date. These changes will be reflected in the attribute table only,
the ArcSDE name and the display name will be unchanged.
