gis-l: Quick Zoom

Arbogast, Rene Rene.Arbogast at dep.state.fl.us

  Fellow GIS'ers,

The QuickZoom tool became disabled about a month ago due to system upgrades
and no support staff in place to provide maintenance. The source code has
been lost so the tool will likely need to be re-built from scratch. Because
this tool was useful to so many people, WITS/GIS is looking into this task;
it will depend on having the time and resources as to when we can get
started. I will keep you posted on this issue as it develops.

  Thanks for your patience!

Hello!

I am only having issues with the Quick Zoom feature, when I attempt it, I get
a dialog error box. Does this just have to do with the GIS system resources
being unavailable or is it because of something else? Thank you for your help
and have a great day!

Has anyone had an issue loading the DRGs thru Dataminer/DataCatalog? I can
load the layer into ArcMap however there is no drop down to show the loaded
images. I am able to add other layers, DOQQ and image based layers but the
DRGs do not load. Is there a workaround so I can load the DRGs.

Thanks,

Andy
