gis-l: Upgrade for SDE1 to 9.3.1

GIS Users,

 

We will be applying the 9.3.1 patch to the production ArcSDE instance (SDE1)
on Friday, June 26th  between 6PM and 6:30PM.  All GIS Services will be
unavailable for a short time during this period. We will let you know when
all services have been restored.
