gis-l: Upgrade for SDE1 to 9.3.1 tonight

GIS Users,

 

This is a reminder that we will be applying the 9.3.1 patch to the production
ArcSDE instance (SDE1) tonight  between 6PM and 6:30PM (EST).  All GIS
Services will be unavailable during this time. We will let you know when all
services have been restored.
