gis-l: Updated DWM layers in DataCatalog/DataMiner

GIS Users,
The following layers have been updated in ArcSDE, DataCatalog and DataMiner:
ArcSDE Name: DEP.BROWNFIELD_AREAS_2007
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Brownfield Areas
This layer now has 220 records from the previous version's 221. The metadata
has been updated for this layer with the name of the deleted Brownfield and
its ID number. This layer is available in the "Environmental Monitoring and
Modeling" and "Planning and Development" categories in DataCatalog and is
under the "DWM" tab in DataMiner.
ArcSDE Name: DEP.ICR_SITES
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Florida Institutional Controls Registry
This layer has 302 records. This layer is available in the "Environmental
Monitoring and Modeling" and "Planning and Development" categories in
DataCatalog and is under the "DWM" tab in DataMiner.
