Subject: Network Upgrade - Thursday, October 8th 6-8 p.m.

 

On Thursday, October 8th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. most computer
services will be off-line for network upgrades.   

 

The following services will not be available during this two hour window:

 

*         Blackberry Services (no email)

*         E-Mail (Outlook and Outlook Web Access) - Statewide

*         File Common Shares (i.e. mapped network drives) - Statewide

*         Communication with district offices

*         VPN Services (Depremote1 & Depremote2)

*         RAS Services

*         Citrix Server

*         Oculus 

*         GIS

*         Oracle

*         Internet/Intranet

 

The public will be able to access all DEP internet web services (i.e.
www.dep.state.fl.us <http://www.dep.state.fl.us> , www.floridaparks.org
<http://www.floridaparks.org> , etc.).  Please notify your user community.
