gis-l: New layers in DataCatalog/DataMiner

GIS Users,
The following layers have been recently added in ArcSDE, Image Server, DataCatalog, DataMiner and MapDirect:

ArcSDE Name: BASE.NAVTEQ_ROADS
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Navteq Roads

The NAVTEQ Roads layer is a feature dataset which contains 4 distinct layers - Major Highways and Interstates, Secondary Highways, Rest Areas and Exits and Local Streets. Major Highways. layer is suitable for routing applications, as it represents the complete navigable road network. This dataset is a subset of the full NAVTEQ NAVSTREETS database.
This layer is in the ‘Transportation’ category in DataCatalog and is under the ‘Transportation’ tab in DataMiner.

ArcSDE Name: BASE.FWC_ESI
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI)

This GIS data set comprises an update to the shoreline habitat component of the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) and Gulf-Wide Information System (G-WIS) databases for the coastal zone of Florida, including the lower St. Johns River. The ESI and G-WIS data suites characterize coastal habitats and resources for environmental planning and natural resource management purposes, including oil spill planning and response.
This layer is available from the ‘Environmental Monitoring and Modeling’ category in DataCatalog and is under the ‘Indexes’ category in DataMiner.

DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Aerial Imagery 2010

This Image Server layer contains one foot orthophotos for the SWFWMD flown from December 1st 2009 to March 15th 2010. This imagery does not cover the entire district as yet but only Charlotte, Hillsborough, Levy, Manatee, Pinellas and Sarasota counties.
This layer is available from the ‘Imagery and Photographs’ category in DataCatalog and is under the ‘Imagery’ tab in DataMiner.

ArcSDE Name: BASE.IMAGERY_2010_FLIGHT_DATES
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Aerial Imagery 2010 Flight Dates

This layer accompanies the Aerial Imagery 2010 layer for the SWFWMD project area. The polygons delineate image capture dates used to seam together flight lines for the production of orthophotos. The flight dates for the Southwest District project area were from 20091229 to 20100106. Currently flight dates for Levy county have not been provided.
This layer is available from the ‘Imagery and Photographs’ category in DataCatalog and is available under the ‘Imagery’ and ‘Indexes’ tab in DataMiner.
