gis-l: New/Updated DWM layers in DataCatalog/DataMiner

GIS Users,
The following are new nightly refreshed CHAZ layers in ArcSDE, DataMiner, DataCatalog and MapDirect:

ArcSDE Name: DEP.CHAZ_CLOSED_IMS_SP_VW
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Closed Facilities from CHAZ IMS

Closed Hazardous Waste handlers are facilities that were regulated under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and applicable state regulations that are now closed. These facilities are still considered active in the RCRA universe for the activities that occurred while they were actively handling regulated waste.

ArcSDE Name: DEP.CHAZ_TRANS_IMS_SP_VW
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Transporter Facilities from CHAZ IMS

Hazardous Waste and Used Oil Transporters are facilities that transport wastes through Florida that are regulated under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and applicable state regulations. These facilities are required to register annually with the Department.

Both these layers are available under the “Environmental and Monitoring” category in DataCatalog and are under the “DWM” tab in DataMiner.

The following layers have been updated in ArcSDE, DataCatalog and DataMiner and MapDirect:

ArcSDE Name: DEP.BROWNFIELD_AREAS
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Brownfield Areas

This layer now has 244 records from the previous version's 241. The metadata has been updated for this layer with the name of the new Brownfields and their ID number.

ArcSDE Name: DEP.BROWNFIELD_SITES
DataCatalog/DataMiner Name: Brownfield Sites

This layer now has 143 records from the previous version's 142. The metadata has been updated for this layer with the name of the new Brownfield BSRA and its ID number.

These layers are available in the “Environmental Monitoring and Modeling” and “Planning and Development” categories in DataCatalog and are under the “DWM” tab in DataMiner.
