gis-l: DataMiner down

GIS Users,
The Middle -Tier service that hosts DataMiner is down. This affects the DataMiner versions in ArcGIS 9.x and ArcGIS 10. The OTIS/Middle -Tier Section is working on getting all services re-started. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to our users. We will send further notification when the DataMiner service has been restored.
