GIS Users,
The following layers have been recently updated in the GIS library:

ArcSDE Name: DEP.SURF_WATER_CLASS_BOUND_AREAS
DataMiner Name: Surface Water Class Boundaries (areas)

ArcSDE Name: DEP.SURF_WATER_CLASS_BOUND_AREAS
DataMiner Name: Surface Water Class Boundaries (lines)
Both these layers are available under the “Boundaries” and “Water” tabs in DataMiner.

The following are new additions to the GIS Library:

ArcSDE Name: DEP.POTENTIAL_NATURAL_AREAS
DataMiner Name: Potential Natural Areas

This layer was obtained from FNAI and it identifies privately owned lands in Florida that are not managed or listed for conservation purposes but that are possible examples of good-quality natural communities. This layer is available under the “FNAI” tab in DataMiner.

New Imagery Layer:
DataMiner Name – NAIP Imagery 2010
This statewide data set contains imagery from the National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP). The NAIP acquires digital ortho imagery during the agricultural growing seasons in the continental U.S.. A primary goal of the NAIP program is to enable availability of ortho imagery within one year of acquisition. This layer is available under the “Imagery” tab in DataMiner.

Thanks,
OTIS/GIS Section
