This email is in response to several requests recently about GIS training opportunities. ESRI has published a number of free web courses that cover a variety of skill levels and Desktop versions. If you're interested, you'll need to follow a few steps to create an ESRI global account and will require a broadband internet connection and a PC with Windows Media Player 9 or higher.
