Subject: gis-l: Loss of Service Notification
Good morning GIS Users,
A few of the datasets available in FDEP's GIS database, SDE, have become corrupted which necessitates a restoration from backup. This is scheduled to occur at 11:15 AM today and the data should be back up and running within a few minutes. We ask that you please save any projects that you are currently working on and exit from ArcGIS Desktop. A follow-up email will be sent out once services have been restored in order to let you know it is safe to open Desktop again.
The Department of Environmental Protection values your feedback as a customer. DEP Secretary Herschel T. Vinyard Jr. is committed to continuously assessing and improving the level and quality of services provided to you. Please take a few minutes to comment on the quality of service you received.
