Good Afternoon,

OTIS/GIS has received many requests regarding a number of Regulatory District Boundary Changes that have recently been approved by the Secretary. We understand that while the changes become effective on January 1st, 2013 there are many ongoing efforts aimed at assessing the impacts of this change to program areas that require this layer to be available sooner than that time. We are now working to create a draft layer that we will circulate for review and approval prior to publishing. This will take place through a central location with the goal of reducing or limiting duplication of effort and conserving storage and processing resources. We're aiming to complete the layer and have it available on SDE within a few days. This draft layer will not replace the existing layer at this time.

Thanks,

Joe North
