I am not able to add data either ... tried Imagery and feature classes.  Existing connections seem to be working but cannot add  new from DataMiner.  MapDirect seems fine as I opened the Wastewater map and images/WAFER facilities/roads all available.

DataMiner is working fine at our end (BMC). We are able to add layers without issue. Are you having internet connectivity issues at your end?

Dataminer is loading, but I'm not able to download anything. Is it something with the system or should I just reboot?
