gis-l: DEP's New Geospatial Open Data Portal

We are proud to announce a new way to share data to the public and to access our enterprise GIS library in ArcGIS Online!


*        Please visit geodata.dep.state.fl.us.



*        This site is best viewed in a browser other than IE, like Chrome or Firefox. More data layers will be shared in the upcoming weeks until all layers on the current data download site are migrated.



*        This portal will eventually replace the existing DEP data download site.


*        This portal allows users to search for and download spatial data in many formats, complete with metadata. It also provides basic filtering and charting functionality.


*        ArcGIS Online users can add library layers directly into their AGO projects.


*        An Arch E sized poster is attached for staff outside the Tallahassee offices to print and share.



*        Please contact our Enterprise Librarian, Aparna Bokey, with questions




*        Please share the URL of our portal with anyone who requests FDEP spatial data!
