gis-l: Updated Custom DEP Tool Bar

Good morning,


Friday you will see a new FDEP TOOL BAR including the Data Miner tool.  This new version reflects a coding rewrite more than a change in functionality.  Everything will look the same except a couple of things:

- Added State Parks in Zoom Tool Search
- Removed Coordinate Search in Zoom Tool (a better one is built-in)
- GIS Data Download page in DEP Links changed to DEP Open Data Portal
- Changed Icon for Zoom Tool
- Changed Icon/Thumbnail on Data Miner Form

If you have any issues, please do a complete restart of your computer and re start ArcGIS Desktop or PRO.  If that does not fix the issue, please submit a service desk ticket (all service desk tickets mentioning GIS are quickly routed to us).
