gis-l: GIS Staging Server Upgrade

Last night, the GIS staging servers were successfully upgraded to the latest version, ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1. If you are currently staging any services on CASTG, please test functionality in your service and email GIS.Librarian at dep.state.fl.us<mailto:GIS.Librarian at dep.state.fl.us> if you run into any issues.
