gis-l: Upcoming Esri Course: Do-It-Yourself Geo Apps MOOC

Good morning all,

This email is to let GIS users at DEP know that Esri's Do-It-Yourself Geo Apps MOOC<https://www.esri.com/training/catalog/57660ed7bb54adb30c9454a3/do-it-yourself-geo-apps/> begins on October 30, 2019. The course will last for four weeks, ending on November 28, and will teach students how to create their own geo apps for data collection and analysis. The attached PDF from Esri goes over the course syllabus and some best practices to observe while enrolled in the MOOC.

The MOOC is free to take, but those wishing to enroll should obtain the appropriate supervisory approval. To learn more about MOOCs, please visit this website: https://www.esri.com/training/help/category/MOOC/
